Welcome to STARUMI. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About STARUMI
STARUMI is an independent creative studio specializing in handmade crystal collectibles, customized dolls, accessories, and collectible decorative pieces.

Some products may use authentic third-party branded items as the base for independent customization. STARUMI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by POP MART or any other original character or trademark owner unless explicitly stated otherwise. All third-party trademarks, character names, and original designs remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Products and Handmade Characteristics
Many STARUMI products are handmade, customized, or made to order.

Because each piece is individually crafted, minor differences in crystal placement, color, texture, accessories, stitching, positioning, or other handmade details may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Product photos and videos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

3. Custom Orders
For customized or made-to-order products, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming customization details before production begins.

Once production has started, customization requests may not always be changed, and the order may become non-cancellable.

For some customized orders, STARUMI may provide photos or videos before shipment for customer confirmation. Once the customer confirms the item and authorizes shipment, clearly visible details that were accepted before shipment will generally not qualify as defects or significant mismatches.

4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be completed before an order is shipped unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed upon.

STARUMI reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled by STARUMI after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

5. Prices and Promotions
Prices may change without prior notice.

Discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, gifts, and special pricing may be subject to separate conditions and may not always be combined.

An offer or discount provided to one customer does not create an obligation to provide the same offer to other customers or future orders.

6. Shipping
Processing and delivery information is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Ready-to-ship products are normally dispatched within 2 days, while customized or made-to-order products are normally dispatched within 10 days after payment confirmation.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 7–12 days, although actual delivery times may vary due to customs, local carriers, weather, holidays, destination, and other circumstances outside STARUMI's control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and order issues are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Customized, personalized, handmade, and made-to-order products may be final sale once production has started, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

Customers should contact STARUMI promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the order.

8. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, and other website information are accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain errors or omissions. STARUMI reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary.

9. Website Use
You agree not to use this website or STARUMI services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, misuse payment systems, impersonate another person, or submit false information.

10. STARUMI Content
Unless otherwise stated, original STARUMI photographs, videos, branding, customized designs, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to STARUMI.

You may not commercially reproduce, copy, distribute, or use STARUMI's original content without permission.

This does not claim ownership over third-party characters, trademarks, or original branded products.

11. Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and ecommerce technology providers.

Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. STARUMI is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, STARUMI will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
